For many of us, saying "sorry" can seem like second nature. But there are some things we shouldn't have to apologize for — and that's what The **t Sorry Project (https://www.instagram.com/the**tsorryproject/) is all about.
"People use apologies as a way to fill space and ease social interactions," says the project's website (http://the**tsorryproject.squarespace.com/the-project/). "Often people apologize for things they're **t actually sorry about, or things they think they are supposed to be sorry about."
