Encore une pluie d'étoiles
Le dernier conseil des ministres a encore promu au grande de Général de brigade une dizaine d’officiers, militaires et gendarmes, au titre de la **mination de second semestre 2015. Car il s’agit d’une tradition chez **us, chaque semestre on distribue des étoiles à peu près comme les primes, alors que les primes même doivent être fonction des résultats.
