LONDON — Police in **rth Wales deliberately ran over and killed a dog running loose on a highway in order to avoid a "serious collision."
Chief Inspector Darren Wareing said in a statement (https://www.facebook.com/NWPolice/?fref=ts) that ******rs had tried to catch the dog around 3 a.m. Monday, but it was running in and out of 70 mph traffic and posed a serious risk of a high-speed collision.
