LONDON — Brace yourself for a serious overload of gorilla-themed cuteness.
Photos of a very small, very adorable baby gorilla have been released by Bristol Zoo after she was successfully delivered by cesarean section. The operation is thought to be the first of its kind in the UK, the BBC reports (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-35629649).

The decision to operate was taken after the baby's mother, Kera, suffered pregnancy complications thought to be associated with pre-eclampsia. The delivery procedure took three hours.
