‘Police negligent’, says babu whose car was burnt

Two days after a couple of unidentified men burnt the car of assistant commissioner Yuvraj Badane of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation, Badane alleged that the police had shown negligence in dealing with the case. Badane said that the police had **t slapped the ?attempt to murder? charge against the two.
