Very first photo of Saint West looks suspiciously like a regular baby

Turns out Saint West is a little angel.
Parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed baby boy Saint to the world on Dec. 5. It wasn't until this morning, though, that Kim posted the first public photo (https://www.kimkardashianwest.com/behind-the-scenes/722-saint-west-photo-kim-kardashian-son-photos/) of Saint on her website.
