Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan revisits his struggling actor days on Twitter

On Monday, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan shared a photograph of his early days as a struggling actor with his fans on Twitter.

Bachchan revealed that the black-and-white photograph was rejected in a talent hunt for aspiring actors called the Filmfare Madhuri contest in the late 1960s. Bachchan was then trying to get a break into Hindi films.

On Facebook, he added, "It isn't surprising why they rejected me after seeing this picture. This thin palm tree doesn't look like it can become an actor from any angle."
