The FBI has responded to Apple's claim (http://mashable.com/2016/02/19/apple-fbi-san-bernadi**-iphone/#PY3PNVzELPqi?utm_campaign=&utm_context=textlink&utm_medium=rss&utm_source=) that San Bernardi** county officials reset the iCloud password associated with the gunman's iPhone, which prevented the company from recovering information from the device.
In a statement first released Saturday night, an FBI spokesperson said that San Bernardi** officials were working "cooperatively" with the FBI when the iCloud password was reset. The statement also countered Apple's claims that the company would have been able to recover information from the device had the password **t been reset.
