Lil Wayne has partnered with Jay Z's streaming service TIDAL to provide an opportunity to see him for free, if you are willing to do a few things. Weezy has teamed up with the service to try and activate college students to do community service, with the possibility of winning a free show by Lil Wayne on your college campus.
