CR gets wiser after WR derailment, to go in for heavier axles

Central Railway (CR) has got wiser from Western Railway?s experience, in which passengers had a narrow escape after seven coaches of a Virar-Churchgate local derailed between Vile Parle and Andheri stations on September 15.
