High court denies Iskcon **d for using Shivaji Park

Religion has **thing to do with allowing processions on open public spaces, observed Bombay high court on Wednesday even as it declined to entertain a plea by International Society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon) to hold the Jagannath Yatra at Shivaji Park citing a technical hitch.
