A**ther lake overflows, but water worries remain

Tulsi, the smallest of the seven lakes supplying water to Mumbai, overflowed at 5.30am on Tuesday, but worries remain on the water front since the combined holdings of the lakes is the lowest in five years and **where near the abundance recorded last year.
