Nearly 70% of taxi permits that were issued last year were given to **n-Marathi speaking people, chief minister Devendra Fadnavis told a BJP delegation on Monday. The delegation was meeting the CM to seek clarity on a remark made by state transport minister Diwakar Raote last week about one needing to k**w Marathi to get an auto permit in Mumbai.
