Will state govt release water for Kumbh: HC

The Bombay high court on Monday asked the state government to make it clear by Tuesday if it would release water for the Shahi Snan scheduled to be held at Trimbakeshwar, on September 25, in the ongoing Kumbh Mela at Nashik.
