Man thrashes wife to death, tries to kill self

A man beat up his wife to death and then tried to set himself on fire in Ulhasnagar. He was, however, rescued by the police, who broke open the door and doused the fire. Two policemen were injured while saving the accused, a resident of Mauli Nagar in Ulhasnagar and employed with a private company.
