Find suitable dumping site soon, state told

MUMBAI:The Bombay high court on Tuesday told the state government that it ?can**t be a silent spectator? on the issue of the ?alarming? garbage situation in the city and once again asked it to find a location for a dumping ground that would comply with all disposal rules.
