Better late than never right? It's been over three decades since actress and singer Vanessa Williams resigned from her title of Miss America after being haunted by a nude photo scandal and the organization finally stepped up to make things right. During the 2016 Miss America Pageant on Sunday night (Sept. 13), Williams received a public apology from Miss America CEO, Sam Haskell.
