Dealing with adversity is **w second nature to 39-year-old Ma**har Bangar, a farmer with a small holding in the parched village of Pimpalgaon More in Igatpuri. While he has managed to tide over water shortage and hand-to-mouth situation in the past, the summer of 2015 followed by an erratic monsoon were many times harsher. His entire paddy crop on the two-acre farmland has been decimated
