When the first week of guests were an**unced for "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," there was a lot of speculation as to whom the mysterious Paul Simon tribute band, Troubled Waters, could be. Turns out it was Simon himself accompanied by a whistling Colbert performing "Me And Julio Down By The Schoolyard."
