2 accused 'missing' in UK & UAE, say red-corner **tices

Raheel Shaikh and Rizwan Dawrey, named as accused in the 11/7 train blasts case and believed to be in the UK and UAE respectively, are yet to be traced despite red-corner **tices against them and an extradition treaty with the UK.
