Word on the Web is Vivica A. Fox is the latest to join the cast of Empire. According to reports, Fox will appear as Cookie's sister during season 2 of the ******. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, Fox will make an appearance as the oldest sister of Cookie, played by Taraji P. Henson.
