BMC gets cautious after HC curbs, over 1,100 mandals await approval for Ganeshotsav

Ganeshotsav is less than a week away, but so far only 357 Ganpati mandals have received all permissions from the police and BMC ward officials. In 2014, permission was granted to 1,188 mandals.
