Court quashes FIR, summons against Raj

The Delhi high court on Thursday quashed an FIR against MNS chief Raj T******ay for alleged inflammatory remarks against mi**rities from **rth India. Justice Suresh Kait also set aside a summons issued against him by a trial court on October 7 last year to face trial for making ?anti-Bihari? remarks.
