It was a rainy, grey morning in New York City on Thursday (Sept. 10), but that didn't stop Justin Bieber from putting on a free show for thousands of fans. The returned pop star performed on The Today Show to celebrate his **. 1 single "What Do You Mean?" and also brought along a setlist filled with fan favorites such as "Boyfriend," "Where Are U **w" and, of course, "Baby."
