Celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its album 'Black Sheep Boy,' the Americana band Okkervil River is issuing a 3-LP deluxe reissue of the decade old album, which will include 'Black Sheep Boy Appendix' and 'There Swims A Swan,' a collection of covers recorded before the 'Black Sheep' session.
