OROP: Parrikar says VRS as understood in civvy street does **t exist in armed forces

Defence minister Ma**har Parrikar clarified in the city on Monday that in the armed forces the concept of voluntary retirement scheme (VRS) as **rmally understood in the civilian sector did **t exist. He was speaking in the context of the new one-rank-one-pension (OROP) policy of the government for retired military personnel.
