Demi Lovato took over the block party in downtown Los Angeles at the 2015 MTV VMAs on Sunday night (Aug. 30) by showing off plenty of ***y skin and offering up a ***y performance of her new Confident single "Cool for the Summer," and she debuted a new single with her BFF Iggy Azalea.
