There's a new album from Miley Cyrus on the way, but don't expect for it to be a real "Miley Cyrus" album. The "Wrecking Ball" singer is reportedly prepping two new releases, including one collaboration with The Flaming Lips, and the album is going to sound like **thing fans have ever heard from the outrageous pop star.
