Ginger-haired singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran has officially launched his brand-new record label, appropriately named Gingerbread Man Records. The "Thinking Out Loud" singer first detailed the project in March, confirming that songwriter Jamie Lawson would be the first artist to sign with the label.
