Everybody! Nick Carter's back, and the Backstreet Boys singer is joining the new season of Dancing with the Stars. On Wednesday (Aug. 26), the boy band member an**unced that he's joining Bindi Irwin and Victor Espi**za on the ABC competition show for its 21st season.
