After Frank Ocean pulled out of Los Angeles' FYF Fest, Kanye West stepped up to fill the headlining slot for yet a**ther festival. Although he was a last-minute substitute, the 38-year-old rapper had a few surprises in store for the audience, including surprise performances by Rihanna and Travis Scott during his Saturday set.
