European Factors to Watch-Tuesday Aug. 18
LONDON, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Financial spreadbetters expected Britain's FTSE 100 to open 15 to 17 points higher, or around 0.2 percent, Germany's DAX to open 32 to 34 points higher, or around 0.3 percent, and France's CAC 40 to open 16 to 19 points higher, or 0.4 percent.
