Xinhua says China blast warehouse did **t have proper license
TIANJIN, China (Reuters) - The Chinese company which owns a warehouse that exploded in Tianjin last week, killing more than 100 people, did **t have a license to handle hazardous chemicals until two months before the disaster, the official Xinhua news agency said on Tuesday.
