Flowers by Zoe recalls hoodies, jackets over strangulation risk
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Flowers by Zoe is recalling girls' hooded sweatshirts and jackets because the drawstrings can catch on objects and pose a strangulation risk, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Wednesday.
