ASGC completes Abu Dhabi?s Marina Bloom structure

With views of the Arabian Gulf and the city of Abu Dhabi, the development features a five-star hotel, 57 executive serviced apartments, as well as waterfront retail areas. ASGC started initial construction work in April 2014, and the project is expected to complete by the third quarter of next year. Bishoy Azmy, CEO of ASGC, said: “I am delighted to an**unce a key milestone with the completion of the structure for the Marina Bloom Development, which commenced in April 2014. This development, which is mixed-use and includes a premium five star hotel, once again demonstrates ASGC’s expertise in the delivery of quality and high-end hospitality and residential construction projects.” During the past 25 years, ASGC has worked on more than 280 projects. Its clients include Meraas Holding, Dubai Properties, Bloom Properties, Emaar Misr, wasl Asset Management, Al Habtoor Group, IFA Hotels & Resorts, and Damac. The contractor's governmental clients have included Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Police, Abu Dhabi Health Authority (SEHA), Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects (DAEP), and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (AD**C).
