Rihanna's new album R8 may still be shrouded in mystery, but the "B*tch Better Have My Money" singer has one new release on the horizon - a perfume. Today (July 22), Rihanna an**unced a new fragrance on her Twitter, and the scent pays homage to the nickname her beloved Rihanna Navy gave her.
