Senate passes revamp of ?** Child Left Behind? education bill
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Senate overwhelmingly passed an overhaul of the 14-year-old "** Child Left Behind" federal education law on Thursday in a bid to give states more flexibility in setting and measuring student performance standards.
