Judge Denies Suge Knight Request To Dismiss Murder Charges

There had been a glimmer of hope when one of the main eye-witnesses in the murder case against rap mogul Suge Knight flip-flopped on his story and decided **t to testify about the murder of the alleged victim, Terry Carter. Despite the flip-flop by the witness, Cle "Bone" Sloan got into an alternation with Suge Knight and was run over by the Death Row Records founder just moments before Knight allegedly ran over Carter. Sloan refused to testify about the incident at a preliminary hearing in April and thus, Knights attorneys moved to try and dismiss the case. Today, July 7, Superior Court Judge Stephen A. Marcus rejected that as a good reason to dismiss the case.
