For the past several months, publically the lawsuit between Birdman's Cash Money Records and Lil Wayne has been pretty quiet beyond a some sparing of words. However last night we may have seen a major development in what has been a very toxic situation for Weezy's career. Last night at legacy Bay Area hip-hop radio station 106 KMEL's annual Summer Jam, Lil Wayne performed and during his set he took the time to make a very special career-related an**uncement. Details are very scarce, but according to an Instagram video from the night, Weezy an**unced to the crowd that he had signed a deal with Jay Z, more specifically saying "I just signed a deal with my motherf*ckin idol Jay Z."
