100 مليون دولار هو المبلغ المعروض لبيع منزل أسطورة البوب الراحل مايكل جاكسون، والمعروف بـ”نيفيرلاند Neverland”، والواقع في ولاية كاليفورنيا الأميركية.
وكان جاكسون اشترى المنزل وأطلق عليه ذلك الاسم عام1988 بنحو 20 مليون دولار.
ويمتد المنزل على مساحة تقدر بنحو 1000 هكتار ويضم محطة قطارات وصالة سينما تتسع لخمسين شخصاً.
وبحسب تقرير نشرته صحيفة “ديلي ميل” البريطانية، فإن المنزل الذي تبلغ مساحته حوالي 12 ألف قدم مربعة، والواقع بين بحيرتين، به ستة غرف نوم، وملحق خاص للعاملين. كما يوجد ملحقان للضيوف، الأول به 4 غرف نوم والثاني يحتوي على عرفتي نوم.
والمزرعة بها مسبح وملعب لكرة السلة وملعب لكرة المضرب ومنطقة مخصصة لحفلات الشواء، إضافة إلى منطقة الألعاب.
