Aceity Na**va Negative Pressure Wound Therapy System Coming to Europe (VIDEO)

The device is intended to let patients receive NPWT therapy while at home, reducing hospital stays and extending the amount of time the therapy can be administered.
The Na**va is tiny, weighing in at just over seven grams, and it does **t have a reservoir for the sucked out exudate. It uses disposable dressings that absorb the liquids released by the wound, which can be changed as necessary. As a matter of fact, the whole system is disposable, its use expected to last ** longer than a month and thrown away by the patient.
It doesn’t use a battery, instead the patient sticks on the dressing, gives the attached unit a few pumps, activates it, and*the system delivers a -125 mmHg negative pressure to the wound.
