We told you yesterday that, after being allowed to leave rehab for her daughter's wedding, Kim Richards fell hard from the wagon and then went AWOL in Mexico. It seems that ** one has seen her since last weekend and while family and friends are concerned for the Bravo star's safety, her legal problems may have just gotten a whole lot worse too. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is facing criminal charges in connection with a DUI from April and it looks like a plea deal could **w be in jeopardy.
