Lawyers accuse Justice Ministry of taking too long to establish arbitration centers

A number of Saudi lawyers have accused the Justice Ministry of failing to establish arbitration centers which the Council of Ministers approved about a year ago. A ministry spokesman said the permanent committee, established following a cabinet decision, was still studying rules and regulations to establish the centers.
