نشر ال**ور الإيطالى روبرتور باتزي صورا لأول مرة لقبيلة “داني” البدائية في إندونيسيا، والتي لا تعرف أى مظهرا من مظاهر الحياة المعاصرة.
والتقى باتزي سكان القبيلة الذين يعيشون في بيوت من خشب البامبو، ويصطادون باستخدام الرماح، ويقيمون حفلات الزفاف بذبح الخنازير.
وتجول ال**ور الإيطالي، الذي يبلغ من العمر 42 عاما، في جزيرة باليم فالي، وزار عدة قرى، حيث تعيش القبائل خارج صيحات الحضارة الغربية.
يذكر أنه تم اكتشاف هذه القبيلة عام 1938 خلال رحلة استطلاع جوي، ومازالت اللغة التي يتحدث بها سكان “داني” مجهولة.
