Saudi relief plane arrives in Nepal

A planeload of relief supplies from Saudi Arabia landed at Kathmandu international airport on Wednesday, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The cargo plane carried 15 tons of tents and other relief materials. It was received by Abdul Nasser Al-Harthy, Saudi ambassador to Nepal, and other Saudi and Nepalese officials and diplomats at the airport. This was the first consignment of a Saudi air relief bridge program meant for the quake victims of Nepal in line with the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman.
