Former Hot Boys member and Cash Money label resident Turk was one of many to file a lawsuit against the New Orleans hip-hop imprint, but Bryan "Birdman" Williams and associates apparently didn't respond to the charges. **w Turk has filed a motion of default against the record label as it failed to reply within the legally required 21 days.
