Ciara's new album Jackie is just a few days away with its May 4 release date, but the R&B songstress is back with a new song to hold fans over. After releasing the stunning singles "I Bet" and "Dance Like We're Making Love," today (May 1), she came back with a party friendly anthem "That's How I'm Feelin'" featuring guest verses from rap superstars Missy Elliott and Pitbull.
