A few MacRumors readers have taken to the forums (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1865321&page=174) to confirm that Apple has begun charging many users based out of the UK, Germany (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=21051903#post21051903), and France (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=21051930#post21051930) who got in an Apple Watch pre-order early on April 10.

The charges in the United Kingdom, Germany, and France come after customers in the United States yesterday began first experiencing charges (http://www.macrumors.com/2015/04/20/apple-watch-credit-card-charges/) taken from their debit or credit cards, followed by a change of order status (http://www.macrumors.com/2015/04/20/apple-watch-preparing-for-shipment/) from "Processing Items" to "Preparing for Shipment", for a select group of customers.
As reported earlier yesterday, bulk shipments (http://www.macrumors.com/2015/04/20/apple-watch-preorders-begin-shipping/) of Apple's new wearable began arriving at centralized distribution centers across the United States in preparation for the April 24 launch date this Friday.
