Tunisian president, PM visit victims injured in museum attack

Tunis, March 19 (IANS) Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi and Prime Minister Habib Essid visited the injured victims of the gun attack on the Bardo Museum in the capital Tunis in which 19 other people were killed. Two armed terrorists attacked the Bardo Museum on Wednesday which killed 17 tourists, including visitors from Japan, Italy, Colombia, Australia, France, Poland and Spain, officials said, adding two Tunisians, one of them a police ******r, were also killed. President Essebsi said the country was "in a war with terror". Democracy will win and it will survive." Prime Minister Essid said: "It is a critical moment in our history, and a defining moment for our future." At the time of the attack, deputies in the neighbouring parliamentary building were discussing an anti-terrorism legislation.
