During the Season 10 premiere of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians,' the only topic for discussion involving Kim Kardashian was her trying to get pregnant with baby **. 2. It was made clear to fans that getting pregnant again might be a bit difficult and this is certainly going to be one of the main storylines of the entire season. But is it all for show? It seems some of those closest to Kardashian think her sudden desire to get pregnant is more about television ratings than anything else.
